I am an engineer, small business owner, and community leader running for Congress because our politics has become louder than our judgment.
Congress needs more engineers and problem-solvers, not more partisan talking points.
Both parties increasingly reward ideological loyalty over sound judgment.
The result is rising debt, selective oversight, declining trust, and policies shaped by extremes rather than evidence.
Ohio deserves representation that answers to voters — not party leadership.
Common sense must not become a political minority.
My approach is simple:
Reason.
Policy must be rational, sustainable, and grounded in facts — not headlines.
Responsibility.
Economic dignity comes from productivity. We must rebuild pathways into skilled trades, apprenticeships, and workforce development so Americans can compete and earn.
Rights.
Civil liberties and due process are not partisan values. They apply to everyone — consistently.
For every major vote, I will publish:
• What the bill does
• Who it affects
• Long-term fiscal impact
• Why I voted yes or no
I will meet with citizens before major legislation.
This campaign is bigger than one candidate—it is about rebuilding civic leadership from the ground up. The Civic Renewal Movement brings together people who believe practical solutions matter more than ideological warfare, and that government should answer to people—not political machines.
Washington rewards loyalty to party. The Civic Renewal Movement is built on loyalty to Ohio—not to parties, PACs, Super PACs, or special interests.
Sincerely,
Sandeep Dixit
An independent candidate for US Congress from Ohio District 13 (FEC Registration)

REASON. RESPONSIBILITY. RIGHTS.
My positions are guided by principles — not party platforms.
If it cannot be explained clearly to voters, it should not become law.
Reason means we stop governing by emotion and start governing by evidence.
• Oversight must apply equally — no selective enforcement.
• Budgets must reflect long-term responsibility, not short-term politics.
• Laws should be clear, enforceable, and constitutionally grounded.
• Debate should be civil and grounded in facts.
Government should function predictably, transparently, and consistently.
A nation approaching $40 trillion in debt cannot govern casually.
• Spending must be prioritized
• Waste must be reduced
• Long-term liabilities must be addressed honestly
Economic stability is a prerequisite for national strength.
We cannot complain about labor shortages while ignoring skilled trades.
Economic dignity comes from productivity.
America does not lack opportunity. We lack alignment between skills and demand.
I support:
• Major expansion of vocational training and apprenticeships
• Public-private workforce partnerships
• Incentives that reward domestic production and skill development
• Rebalancing economic policy toward productive sectors
I have proposed requiring major corporations to reinvest approximately $500 million per district into workforce training — aligning corporate strength with local skill development.
Work is not partisan.
It is foundational.
Rights are not conditional on who is in power.
Civil liberties must never depend on who holds power.
• Due process must apply to everyone
• Government authority must remain limited and accountable
• Constitutional protections are not optional
Freedom requires discipline — not selective enforcement.
I am running to restore balance.
Extremes dominate headlines.
Reasonable voices must govern.
Ohio deserves representation that evaluates every bill on its merits — not based on party instruction.

I came to America 36 years ago with hope and determination.
I was welcomed with warmth, generosity, and kindness. In a country governed by just laws, hard work was rewarded and opportunity was real.
That promise shaped my life.
Through education, discipline, and persistence, I built a career, raised a family, and found community here in Ohio. This country gave me the space to grow — and the responsibility to contribute.
Today, my children are building lives of their own. I feel a deep responsibility to help preserve and strengthen the environment that made our journey possible.
Every family deserves the same fair chance to rise — through work, responsibility, and equal protection under the law.
I am an engineer by training and a problem-solver by mindset.
Throughout my career, I have focused on building systems that work — improving performance, aligning incentives, and delivering measurable results.
Beyond my professional work, I served as President of a national Indian-American organization reaching more than 500,000 people across the country. In that role, I helped develop:
Weekend education programs for children
Professional and business networking initiatives
Youth engagement programs
Community events and senior outreach efforts
Leadership, to me, is about creating environments where people can succeed.
I believe in:
Fairness under the law
Rewarding hard work
Personal responsibility
Strong families and strong communities
Institutions that operate with integrity
I am guided by rational inquiry and balance — a belief that decisions should be thoughtful, disciplined, and rooted in long-term impact.
America’s strength has always come from opportunity paired with responsibility.
The environment of warmth, generosity, and fairness that welcomed me decades ago must not be taken for granted.
My commitment is to strengthen that foundation — so future generations inherit a country where work is rewarded, opportunity is real, and the law applies equally to all.
