Reward Work. Restore Discipline. Protect Ohio’s Future.

Tax policy is not about political talking points.

It is about incentives. Stability. And the kind of future we leave to our children.

Ohio families deserve a system that rewards effort, strengthens local businesses, and restores long-term fiscal responsibility.

My approach is grounded in three commitments:

  • Reward work
  • Keep Ohio competitive

  • Restore fiscal discipline

Reward Work — Not Complexity

The tax code should not favor those with the best accountants over those who work the hardest.

Working families and small businesses should not be buried in complexity while large institutions navigate loopholes.

I support:

  • Protecting middle-class tax relief

  • Simplifying the tax code

  • Encouraging savings, investment, and entrepreneurship

  • Supporting small and mid-sized Ohio businesses that create local jobs

Work should pay.

Productivity should be rewarded.

Opportunity should expand — not narrow.

Competitiveness With Accountability

America must remain competitive.
Ohio must remain investable.

But competitiveness cannot mean unchecked incentives without measurable return.

If major corporations benefit from American markets, infrastructure, and stability, they should help strengthen the American workforce and invest domestically.

That is not punishment.
It is responsibility.
If corporations benefit from American stability, they should help strengthen the American workforce.

Strong companies and strong workers should grow together.

Fiscal Discipline Comes First

Debt is not abstract.
It is a hidden tax on every Ohio family.
It drives up grocery bills, mortgage rates, and tuition costs — and quietly steals opportunity from the next generation.

Both parties have contributed to fiscal instability — cutting taxes without funding plans, or expanding spending without structural reform.

Real economic strength requires honest math and long-term planning.

Not tax cuts without offsets.
Not spending without reform.
Not short-term political wins that create long-term instability.

Fiscal chaos is a hidden tax on working families.

Ohio deserves better.

Long-Term Reform — Not Short-Term Politics

Serious tax reform must:

  • Broaden the base

  • Reduce distortion

  • Eliminate inefficiencies

  • Control long-term debt growth

We must modernize the system so it supports:

  • Productivity

  • Innovation

  • Workforce development

  • Domestic investment

Without passing today’s bill to tomorrow’s children.

Independent Judgment for Ohio

I am not running to serve a party agenda.

I will not vote based on party pressure.
I will vote based on what makes sense for Ohio.

If a proposal strengthens long-term stability, I will support it.
If it increases debt without reform, I will oppose it — regardless of which party proposes it.

Stability is not partisan.
It is foundational to freedom, growth, and prosperity.

The Bottom Line

Tax policy should:

Reward work.
Encourage growth.
Strengthen Ohio businesses.
Protect the next generation from unsustainable debt.

That requires discipline — not ideology.

Ohio families deserve stability, accountability, and long-term growth.
That requires discipline — not ideology.
That is the standard I will bring to Congress.
